“URIBE & LEYVA. Asesores de Energía” has a Social Responsibility policy that translates into our Pro-Bono program, which seeks to contribute to the development of the Peruvian energy sector, safeguard the rights of users of the energy sector’s utilities and national energy productivity.

In this respect, our firm plays an active role in relevant regulatory procedures in the energy sector, in order to ensure compliance with legal provisions and to monitor the exercise of discretionary powers vested in the relevant regulatory body. Likewise, we provide legal assistance to communities and individuals affected by energy infrastructure projects in defending their rights and interests.

We have made this pledge to the community in order to broaden our social activities and foster institutional development in the Peruvian energy sector.
